It was at #10 a few minutes ago, and now it's #9 again. It seems the update-time is really short. Hit refresh in a few minutes and you're bound to see differences.

yo it's me again Very Happy
I guess we have 3 new maps ready to be added to server and more coming soon. my newest idea won't be done soon, uhh gonna be tough as I dont have much spare time and I still have to figure some options with mapping. all I can say now it's gonna be not so big, but for sure bigger than "slaughterhouse". Smile
so what do U guys & girls think about adding those 3 maps? I think it's up to Raven to put'em on server but I would like to know what U all think about it. Smile

I'm looking forward to seeing your map in action. Smile

I think having some prophets maps on the server would be really cool. I'd like to see at least the best map from each designer. Raven & I can upload maps to the server but the players need a copy too, preferably via curl. We'll either have to contact Dokujisan @ Nexuiz Ninjaz to see about including our maps in their repository or setup our own http repo somewhere.

One suggestion from me:
I relly dislike this anti-spawn-protection.. It creates more problems than it solves.
At least I would reduce the "protection time".

We have reduced it to 1 second (on the ffa server) & it works both ways, the spawner cant score in their 1st second either. This shouldn't adversely affect your game unless you rely upon spawn kills or shooting people in the back. What a Face

I know ur not a camper, so what problems does it create for you?

-Im confused by the green color...
-It's ok in 1on1 but in DM with 10 players its getting really annoying when you do 10 frags and 5 of them are Spawn-frags.
I wait normally till the green-color is "over" - but Im usually already fragged then.
What I want to say: Anti-spawn protection does not prevent from fragging. I shoot the spawn-guys then from some sort of self-defence... To put the whole thing in a nutshel (just had an english-lesson Very Happy) : It annoying me more than its helping me.

I would lower it again a bit... silent

But I dont want to beef here al the time, so: Great Server-work till now! alien

And: w00t, Im not an camper? Razz

From your explanation, spawn protection seems to be doing an excellent job. Wink

One bit I agree with is the green colour - it's timing doesn't seem to be fully in sync with the actual protection. If in doubt just fragg, you'll be wasting ammo & time covering the spawn points tho. Wink

Spawn protection is also unnecessary in my eyes.

I was always good in fraggin' fresh spawns Razz

We took a lot of speed out of the game with this prevention.

On the other hand i really kills fun for spawncampers....that's good tho
