Is the quality ok?
I made it with SUPER, my first time using it.
I think i need to change screen ratio from 4:3 to 5:4, and maybe another resolution....but its not looking bad?
Takes only 35 MB of Diskspace

You can embed your 'high quality' versions too by adding &ap=%2526fmt%3D18 to the end of the url's.

PS. Growl, your quality is fine for youtube, it's really touch & go how good their stuff turns out. Banshee's Monolith was somewhere in the region of 2000Kb/s @ 480p. My HD aggressor was 1MB/s 720p, that's 4x the bitrate & 2x the resolution.

Is the extra quality that noticeable? I don't think so, Is it worth it? No...

Btw, to embed HD append &ap=%2526fmt%3D22.

If u are running the videos in the small window i don't see a big difference, but if u enlarge them it's huge.

I would prefer HD demos, u just get more from the action.

Atm there are 50% complaints about the colorchange and 50% find it awesome an want it too

Yeah, he has the skills all right.

You are right, in bigger windows HD does look better than HQ. The problem is that you're spending twice as long encoding & uploading. The colours can go weird in fast motion youtube HD clips too. HQ has fewer draw backs & it's easily twice as good as standard content. It's a winner for me.

PS. 50% complaints? Hehe, that high? I always get someone mention it & it can lure out the trolls. If someone asks nicely then I'll turn it off, if they troll then they can fcuk off.

I don't disable the colors, in my opinion they don't irritate...
I only disabled modelchange, because i want that ppl recognize me...

I like your Nexuiz videos very much, because your playing style isn't common.
So much use of rope and laserhopping make it worth to watch it...
I tried to copy some parts of your movement style, so i use a lot more rope now

Nice quality I think. Only way to get better is void it of textures or move slower, we know that aint gonna happen.

I lowered my FOV a bit, so it should also help the quality a bit

I can't play with FOV lower than 110 (since q3a) I have feeling then Im moving as fast as a turtle. Tried 90 when Pat told me he's using such FOV. man...impossible for me.

I recently got a 16:9 monitor & I still don't like playing with FOV below 100. I like how it makes it seem more intense, plus you can see people at your side easier & spin round & get 'em faster.

Just say no to low FOV.

I play with fov 105 and i think i am an ok-gamer.
Pat plays with fov 90 and is awesome.

Now i play with fov 30 and will be godlike

More botlike!

Nex works quite ok with this temporary 7300, can't say that about gothic 3 forsaken gods...now I could play on minimum settings, normally on highest. thats some difference

I just implement a AMD HD4850 into my system and it works great...now i can run ultimate settings with up tp 250 fps

What a big step from my old X1950pro...i coulndt even run middle settings with more than 100 oO

Going to install Oblivion now...but strangely my Soundcard isnt recognized anymore -.-
