You have 3 days for round one, until 5th of February, get in contact with your opponent, send an e-mail to registration@minsta.tk if you cannot find him. If you two decided a date, send an e-mail to the same address and I will organize a referee. Hope this works

Ask me11 if you still need more referees, She wanted to be involved but due to all communications being in english she didn't understand most of what was discussed. Don't know if she'll do it though.
