I am unsure about the mode in the league - with or without hook, to help me a little you could try out both - tweo weeks with hook, two weeks without and then a poll

ctf is a team game which isnt my favorite, I always shoot at everything that moves.as long as I cant kill my teammates I can play without being dangerous @ my team
Maybe Domi could grab few too, we had few team games in the past, and we were in the same team ^^ but I know FFA will always be da best

I know there are loads of newbies who wouldn't be interested due to no hook. I would have to join them in that. Minsta with no hook is like Sunday lunch on a Tuesday.

It's just not normal. The whole no hook thing belongs with the all weapons CTF. We already have a no hook minsta server - Pussy Delight Minsta

It's nowhere near as used as the others. Thats pretty much a good test model to see what people prefer to use.

I'd take a Sunday lunch any day of the week.

I dont know nexuiz ctf maps, but we can move pretty fast using only laser jumps. imo it could be too easy with hook. but yeah we can test both versions

i dunno what to say i didn't read all that stuff

but anyway i want CTF maps and no hook and the extra things r OK nothing else and i hope u start that soon

You exclude yourself by not trying it.

You have no disadvantage no matter what settings were played, cuz they are for everyone

They aren't for me I cant use laser jump. If one is removed the other should be too. That way people have to learn to jump to gain speed. Otherwise we'll end up with a bunch of tools laser jumping around everywhere. That'll get boring quick for me.

I'm right though. Like it or not Nexuiz isn't about devouring the community and splitting it into separate pieces. What we are ending up with is (Hook or no Hook) (All Weapons or No Weapons) (Players or no Players).

Sadly it's these attitudes that are seeing this game slowly evaporate.

I think I insulted a few laser jumpers. Oh well. I guess alienation annoys people when it's on the opposite foot.

If thats what you really want then sure go ahead and do it, but I get the feeling thats not what anyone wants to do. Many will agree that we are already low on player numbers and minsta is slowly dying, that is because this separation is already taking place on other servers with special modes and stuff.

Anyone who wants the minsta mode to survive will actually do the right thing and stop driving the separation even further between players. You already see the same people every single day, this separation is what has done this and there is no doubt it's what everyone doesn't want to do. You can pretend I'm wrong just because of who I am but ignoring it when it's put in plain black and white would just be mere stupidity.

and if you don't like what I say. skip through it, don't read it, don't respond to it, don't bother with it. I know more often than not people will agree to some degree.
