Layout failures

Anyone who was on here earlier would notice that I killed the layout.

Last night we had a forum error where nothing was working so I thought it might be that they updated something, So I updated everything and undone all the work in constructing how the forum looks at the same time.

I just spent a few hours redoing all this It works again, The problem never was our end so if we have that issue again just wait for the hosts to fix the issue, even though I do have to admit I'm a little disappointed with the service.
