that is possible without using cvars
there is a program called ....... that has a special function:
-in fact you leave a "ghost" on your defined position and you just walk away
without calling the server for your real position.
so you just hide somewhere else with your crosshair pointed next to your
"ghost", praying that your opponent will never get it how the hell you do that.
-aimbot can be done setting a defined color to all players and using a color searcher that
moves your mouse to specific color areas (optional you can add autoclicker,
that clicks instantly when it gets the confirmation of the color area under the cursor).
-wallhack can be done using 2 cvars that i will not post there
or using a graphic rendering manipulator that simply hacks your rendering graphic
settings.
the 3rd method for using wallhack is using a special graphic driver
that is in fact a modified Nvidia or ATI driver, in order to allow you to see through non rendered brushes.
-speedhack can be done using another program that's actually used for all games
and it has many more features.
It searches for the variable that determines your current speed.
That search is done manually, but how you do that?
well, start search for a non known value, it will show all variables used in current game,
then, just take a speed powerup and search again for the modified variable,
repeat that untill you get only one variable, that determines your current speed,
just change it to a higher value and voila.
-ESP (extrasensory perception). it applies to seeing enemy name tags that sometimes contain info like the enemies class, health, etc. Also it commonly shows all the enemies on the map
it can be done using the previous program.

nah, when you use them, you can win just physically, not psychologically
so there is no win in your mind, just on the scoreboard.
well, i think all players know their capabilities and no one can compere himself
with a cheating program, at least anyone can be better than a cheater without using cheats.
I think this is what we keep us close on this great game,
otherwise, it should be done in 2-3 weeks after that you get bored.
