I'm agreed with Sphost.

If I'm not saying GG it's nothing personal usually. My attitude usually reflects that I need a break, but this guy I spoke to him when he first joined nexuiz.

His background is the same as mine. Quake 3, I know very well what these quake 3 people are like. They hate losing, They seriously dislike giving people credit for anything. They will do anything to win.

Okay I'm only different in respect that I wont do absolutely anything. and even though my attitude isn't perfect (people need to respect that or even start to understand that some people want to do well at everything / In life there are people who try to obtain goals and people who just walk on by) I do actually believe credit is due when someone is whipping you fairly.

I know for a fact that Sphost and Growl are both way better than I am. It's a good thing because it's going to push the competitive streak in me to want to be better.

I seem to be falling backwards rather than forwards. Natas is getting pretty damn good too. At the end of it all what does it cost? How much effort does it really take to acknowledge someone beat you fairly?

Part of becoming a total ass can be due to the people you socialize with. That explains that guy very well because I think I only met one decent person out of about 1000 on quake 3 in my entire 5 years there.

In Germany Quake 3 isn't allowed...u have to get through other ways(buy it in Austria)
Same goes to Quake 4....there is a german release, but with NO blood

q3 forbidden I remember when it was released and we played with whole company after work
yeah damn serials thiefs, I can't play where I want to but I found! some time ago a server -> totally basic deathmatch without power ups and no bfg, where I can play whenever I want to. ping is ok, but it lags anyway. posted a screen somewhere from last game there.

but Gothic was developed in Germany hehe I downloaded 2nd Gothic German demo when it came out. oh man! I understood 2 things - drachen & ICH BRAUCHE WAFFEN! I guess You would have same problem with playing polish version

lol he wont be interested in adapting. My problem is that I came from the same place, I don't quite have a ego like all of them but even I find it hard to adapt sometimes.
