Just tested it on 2.4 here & they don't show either. I guess we've found the problem. Wink

It looks to me as tho the feature was introduced in 2.5 & not compatible with 2.4 servers. It's not a mapping issue, your maps are sound m999. Wink On steelspace it's not much concern as we can hit people easier Wink but of course it changes chronosphere quite a bit. Sad

I'd guess people at AT/NN would just question why we're not using 2.5, seems to be the case in non-minsta speciffic communities. If we want to keep a custom 2.4 server, maybe we should find what extra mapping features are included in 2.5 & see if someone would be kind enough to port them over for us. In the short term it's probably best to be aware of the limitations to avoid problems. In either case we need to find out what differences are. Wink

If someone does help us it wouldn't happen quickly, I'd make a solid version for now. Wink It would be a good idea to find out what the extra features are tho & AT would certainly be a good place to start looking/enquiring. study alien

PS. From looking at the changelog, 2.5 brought these entities that wont work on 2.4 servers:

· mapping: entity func_breakable
· mapping: entity func_door: make DOOR_NOT_LINK work
· mapping: entity func_door_rotating
· mapping: entity func_pointparticles
· mapping: entity func_sparks
· mapping: entity func_train now supports -1 wait on path_corner, making it NOT wait
· mapping: entity info_null now removes itself (as it should); this DOES break some maps that need fixing now
· mapping: entity info_player_start now triggers other entities when someone spawns
· mapping: entity misc_follow
· mapping: entity misc_gamemodel, func_illusionary replacing misc_models
· mapping: entity misc_laser changed and improved
· mapping: entity target_spawn (BEWARE OF THE)
· mapping: entity trigger_flipflop, trigger_monoflip, trigger_multivibrator
· mapping: entity trigger_heal
· mapping: entity trigger_hurt now can set a message2 as death message for push-kills
· mapping: entity trigger_items

Additional mapping changes:

· mapping: allow mins/maxs specification for brush entities instead of models (as alternative)
· mapping: armor_big (50 armor)
· mapping: automatic shader generator script
· mapping: entities.def updated
· mapping: field nottargeted overrides targetname checks in e.g. func_door (so it can be used for misc_follow without needing an extra trigger)
· mapping: field team on items, and cnt as weight
· mapping: filtering by gametype: "gametypefilter" "+ctf,kh"
· mapping: LOD for misc_models and similar entities
· mapping: mapname.cfg is deprecated. Use clientsettemp_for_type and cdtrack in mapname.mapinfo
· mapping: randomizing origin, angle or angles fields: "originjitter", "anglejitter", "anglesjitter" fields
· mapping: target2, target3, target4 as extra target fields
· mapping: team field in trigger_teleport and trigger_push
· mapping: triggers now MUST be common/trigger; their exact shape now works (no longer their bbox)
· mapping: turrets
· mapping: zeroradiant support, bugfix patchset updated

PPS. Morfar has told me that porting these features to 2.4.2 would be an impossible task. Sad These mapping features are obviously another consideration to be taken in account when we next consider updating our servers to any future release.

Hello my Nexuiz friends! Very Happy
Few days ago I've started mapping in Radiant... still can't undrestand why I'm doing it - I suck at Radiant.
But I was bored of game today and was creating a map...Seems to be my 1st map is ready Razz I called it "dark box" Why? Because it's dark box hahaha Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
There are a lot of thinks which I should add, like teleports, and so decorations...but here is my 1st map Rolling Eyes

Very nice maps u guys are building those days. I really to play on chronosphere, which u made a great map Banshee! Nice Idea with the rotating spheres and stuff!

Also the others do nice work, i like the tombs and the q3 remake-map

hey, chronosphere is Ur map m8, Ive only helped U with finishing it Wink woah, I can only imagine what U could do if U would continue Ur mapping adventure Shocked we all here have unique/favorite styles and every single project was great, I would love to see more of Ur fantastic ideas Smile and thanks very much Smile
I want to do one more map and its gonna be fast one to do, but it will be designed only for 1on1. Domi gave me the idea for that fun map Smile then I will start my blenderland trip Smile now again busy period at work, but I will do my best, it wont be ready fast tho Smile
