Those got threes got ~2000 tris.
So: One Tree is ok.
Several: Getting problematic....
-> You'll have to reduce the polycount. (@ lost: Mesh->Scripts->PolyReducer Wink)

You can reduce that Trees down to 200 faces.. So, they can have a nice jungle life.

Hehe, I can see I'm gonna have to put these tut's aside sooner rather than later & see about getting sticks into game & see how they look. What a Face affraid

Update:

Thought I'd try it & I spent a lot of time failing... pale Can anyone (Spohst?) point me in the right direction for exporting a model (specifically one of those trees) from blender to a format recognised by NetRadiant (mdl, md2, md3, ase, obj)? I suppose md3 is the preferred format out of those but while I've had limited success with blenders md2 exporter, I've had no luck with Xreal's md3 scripts... I'm obviously making too many noob assumptions & need a little guidance Wink

PS. On a different note, just stumbled upon how to use particle effects in maps, gotta play with this. Smile
