Whats your gaming style?

I always wonder how u can aim with 140 fov. Your screenshots are so extremly wrapped i can't spot any person on it

Mouse speed is actually for menu only. It's just the cursor. Sensitivity is for aiming. So mouse speed doesn't really affect gaming.
Usually there are no other players on my screenshots, I killed them

I need 3 cm on the mousepad for a full 360° turn. So I can easily aim at my opponent fast, when he/she is at the edge of the screen, even with fov 140.

Ah...that's why you do amazing frags with fast turning on 180*...

I guess I need your help...
Can anyone explain me why my mouse (Mightymouse by Apple) makes wrong sens in game? with same sens my mouse is slower than others...
Because I used 22.6(all half a year I used it) sens and today put 13. For you mouses it's rather high sens but I can't even make a 180* turn on my mouse pad...
So you know why is it?

P.S. Some ppl talk about DPI but I don't know what is it

A higher DPI/CPI (dots/counts per inch) should make things more responsive. I Googled your mouse & it seems to be 400dpi. I guess that means you'd have to move it twice as much as an average 800dpi mouse..

@Spohst Thank you, it apple_mouse_noaccel 1 will return all settings back if it ..noaccel 0 won't help?

That option won't overwrite any of your settings
Just set it back to '1' if it does nothing intelligent.

I have a 20" screen (1680x1050)
My mouse is a MX518 from logitech (1600DPI). Its 3 or 4 years old now and still works like a charm
Sins a few moths I have a Cherry eVolution Stream, nice looking and a wonderful tactical response. I'll never buy anything other than cherry again (well maybe a DAS but there to expensive)



My play style? Wait until a enemy is in my crosshair and click. (if possible: avoid enemy crosshair)
Most of the time I play whit the standard nexuiz music, but if I put up some music its ether UT99, DOOM remix, or some metal.
If anyone wants I'll post a demo of a match.

Fov 105, sens 5.4, res 800x600 and my crosshair is a small dot.

Fov 115, sens 1.15 @ 800 cpi, res 640x480 on a 24" screen and my crosshair is a yellow cross with a little hole in the middle
