The idea of let all player (with or without clan) can trail is good to.
There will be a lot of real good players in this tournament...

I figure we hold a vote when the site is up it'll have a forum yeah?

Well if it does there can be a daily vote to pick one of two maps each day. when 7 are picked (a week) that is the maplist for the tournament.

Alternatively we could host a vote at PK and Prophets forums. I'd make a post in the ToT blog and get the answers there.

Then add up all the votes from those 3 forums and viola you have a winner. Could post this over at CCC's forum also I don't think they even know about it and I think Flayer would want to play maybe.

I have some experience with tournaments from serious sam. People talk that they can play even 30 players...and then we have tournament and we see 2 ppl coz others can't or something. Hope in Nex ppl are responsibility and u guys will have good tournament:) Good Luck:)
