I am using the tool "SUPER 2009" now for compressing and it works really good...better understandable than virtualdub for me

Anyone knows how to cut a video?
I already compressed the file but u first see the console and the menue...i want to erase it, but i dont know how

hmm I used Ulead Video Studio to cut videos when we were making one with Lady. that was 2-3 years ago. Just had to select the frames I wanted to cut from video.

I figured out how it works now. I have to cut the video before compressing with "Super" because it f***s up the file for further with virtualdub.
Now i am cutting the raw and do the compressing later.

I will open a new thread when the upload is done, so we can share our youtube demos there. I saw Banshee and lost already uploaded some =)
